This week I speak with Heather Carter. She was born and raised all over the West Coast. Heather never lived in any one state for longer than 5 years until she moved to Illinois where she has been for 26 years. Heather is married and has 3 children. She and her husband served at Hope Church for 20 years and now they write, preach, and work in the community letting God use them wherever He needs to. Heather writes a lot about cancer, addiction, and diseases of the soul. Diseases like worry, fear, control, comparison, and resentment, just to name a few. We all have them and she is brave and vulnerable enough to speak about hers in order to reach others who are navigating their own struggles.
